American Leadership University is owned by AMERICAN LEADERSHIP UNIVERSITY, INC., incorporated in the state of California as a domestic nonprofit. The Articles of Incorporation were filed with the California Secretary of State on March 9, 2015. ALU has a governing board with legal and fiduciary responsibility to exercise appropriate oversight over institutional integrity, policies, resource development, and ongoing operations.
